Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

All our products are made-to-order which means your shirts are custom printed just for you.  It is because of this, that we can only offer a full refund for defective/poor quality orders. Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit we are unable to offer a full refund. We can take back t shirts that do not fit or you simply changed your mind with a $7 restocking fee, or $15 fee for Hoodies. 

You must contact us to initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days we may no longer offer full refunds.

For a more detailed return policy or more information please contact us by email contact@ateeortwo.com and we will gladly provide you with your options as well as the address to which your items should be returned. As soon as we receive the product back from you, A TeeorTwo will refund your purchase.

All refunds are processed via PayPal and will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally paid with. If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
